Designed for those who require a larger head size, this hard hat fits individuals with a hat size of 7 to 8 1/2. It is an ideal choice for those who do not fit into standard hard hats.

FAS-TRAC III SUSPENSION SYSTEM

The Fas-Trac III suspension system has been designed based on customer feedback and opinion. It drastically improves comfort with flush rear lug attachments that eliminate pressure points. Three levels of nape strap adjustment offer a fully customized fit. The ratchet comfort pad is contoured to the back of the head, enhancing airflow and preventing hair-pulling. The graspable ratchet ensures smooth rotation and steadfast hold, ensuring your workforce will continue to wear their safety helmets.

HIGH QUALITY PROTECTION

These helmets are suitable for general use or environments with elevated temperatures. They have been tested to radiant heat loads of up to 350°F, maintaining high-quality protection. The smooth crown allows for seamless use of MSA welding equipment.

PROFESSIONAL COMPLIANCE

Skullgard helmets meet all applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (Class G). These helmets have been fully third-party tested and certified by SEI, and meet the voluntary standards for reverse donning, low temperature (LT), higher temperature (HT), and Hi-Viz (HV).

DATE CODES

Date codes are molded into the underside of the shell’s brim, showing the year and month of manufacture. These codes represent the manufacturing date, not the service life of the helmet. The service life begins when the helmet is placed into service. For more details, see attached FAQ sheet.
