Our helmets have been rigorously tested to handle radiant heat loads, capable of handling temperatures up to 350°F without exceeding this limit. This feature is especially useful in industries and environments prone to high heat exposure.

FAS-TRAC III Suspension

Based on the feedback and input from hundreds of customers, we have designed the FAS-TRAC III suspension, an advanced ratchet system. This system offers flush rear lug attachments that eliminate pressure points and three levels of nape strap adjustment for a fully customized fit. The ratchet comfort pad is contoured to the back of the head, ensuring improved airflow and preventing hair-pulling.

Meets Professional Standards

Skullgard Caps meet all the requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (Class G). They are fully third-party tested and certified by SEI. Date codes are molded into the underside of the shell's brim, indicating the year and month of manufacture.
