FAS-TRAC III SUSPENSION SYSTEM

Based on customer feedback, our top-end Fas-Trac III suspension system offers an improved ratchet design. Flush rear lug attachments eliminate pressure points, while three levels of nape strap adjustment ensure a fully customized fit. The ratchet comfort pad is contoured to the back of the head, improving airflow and preventing hair-pulling. This design ensures continued wear with drastically improved comfort and a secure ratchet.

Skullgard Caps meet all applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (Class G). Fully third-party tested and certified by SEI, the manufacturing date is clearly marked on the underside of the shell’s brim. Note that the service life begins when the helmet is placed into service, not when it was manufactured.
