Designed for general use and environments with elevated temperatures, Skullgard helmets are rigorously tested to withstand radiant heat loads up to 350°F. The smooth crown ensures easy compatibility with all MSA welding equipment and meets the voluntary standard for reverse donning, as well as low temperature, higher temperature, and Hi-Viz conditions.

FAS-TRAC III SUSPENSION

Based on customer feedback, the Fas-Trac III suspension offers enhanced comfort and a fully customizable fit. Flush rear lug attachments eliminate pressure points, and three levels of nape strap adjustment ensure a perfect fit. The contoured ratchet comfort pad improves airflow and prevents hair-pulling, making it easy to grasp and adjust for continued comfort.

MEETS PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Skullgard Caps meet all applicable requirements for a Type I (top impact) helmet as outlined in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (Class G). Fully third-party tested and certified by SEI, each helmet’s manufacturing date is clearly marked on the underside of the shell’s brim, with the year and month of production.
